We offer in house ultrasound performed by Pennsylvania Mobile Veterinary Ultrasound Services, LLC. Imaging is performed by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Certified Veterinary Technician with 15 years of ultrasound, and 25 years of clinical experience. Cases are reviewed by boarded veterinary specialists (Radiologists, Practitioners, Internists, and/or Cardiologists) and reported back to our clinic. We receive a specialist report within 24 hours after the procedure to aid in the medical management of your pet.
This allows you, and your pet, to remain at our trusted hospital without having to make a timely, costly, trip to a referral facility.
Imaging is complete and comprehensive and requires approximately 15 minutes on a relaxed, compliant patient. If your pet exhibits fear and/or anxiety during veterinary visits or procedures, please discuss these concerns with us prior to your visit.
Non-invasive fine needle aspiration can also be done via ultrasound guidance to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
